Pre Prep Office Administrator

Hours:

8.00am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only

This is a varied and rewarding role providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Head of Pre-Prep, staff, parents and pupils. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the Pre-Prep Office, coordinate key events and activities, maintain pupil records, support communications with families and help ensure the smooth operation of the department.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication and IT skills, enjoy working in a busy environment and be committed to providing outstanding customer service. Previous administrative experience is essential, and experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous.
