Due to an internal promotion, Best Start Wigram is looking for a passionate, Qualified and Registered Teacher to join our close-knit team as head teacher of our Tahi Building.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader ready to grow their leadership skills, share their strengths and take on an exciting new challenge.

About the roleThis is a permanent, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday to Friday.
Our newly renovated Tahi Building features 2 spacious, open classrooms and a generous outdoor area designed to encourage independence, confidence, problem-solving and child-led learning.
As head teacher, you’ll lead and support your team to deliver high-quality learning experiences while building strong relationships with tamariki and whānau.
About youYou’ll bring:
- a Level 7 ECE teaching qualification
- current Teacher Certification
