Job Summary We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Lead Engineer to take full responsibility for a prestigious single-person site located in the heart of Piccadilly. Working within a high-end commercial office environment, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of the building, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a first-class experience for the client. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer looking to take ownership of a flagship site while working for a leading FM service provider.

Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the engineering operations on a prestigious single-person commercial office site. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services. Ensure all statutory compliance, health & safety requirements, and company procedures are maintained to the highest standard. Manage subcontractors on-site, including overseeing specialist works, permits to work, and ensuring safe systems of work are followed.

Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and a proactive approach to service delivery. Complete all maintenance records, compliance documentation, and reporting accurately using the company's CAFM system. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the efficient operation of the building. Requirements Previous experience as a Lead Engineer or experienced Maintenance Engineer within a commercial building services environment. Electrically qualified (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of mechanical building services. Experience working within high-end commercial office environments. Strong knowledge of building compliance, planned maintenance, and fault finding. Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing skills. Full right to work in the UK.
