We're building bold new products for the leisure industry – from tech-powered attractions to modern arcade-style gaming – and we need passionate developers who love crafting not just gameplay, but entire themed game worlds.

We’re looking for an experienced Unity Mobile Game Developer with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling, who can take the lead on developing polished, captivating mini games for our flagship

Rivals Socialvenues and upcoming entertainment products. These games will be physically installed in our centres, forming a vital part of the immersive guest experience.

• Design, prototype, and develop high-quality mini games using Unity (2D and 3D)
• Work closely with designers and artists to build games with cohesive visual themes, art styles, and environmental storytelling
• Create and implement game-ready assets, lighting, and shaders to elevate game atmosphere
• Optimize games for smooth performance on dedicated hardware and touch-screen systems
• Build custom tools and systems to support modular development of future games
• Integrate hardware inputs (e.g. sensors, buttons, cameras) into game logic
• Contribute to creative ideation, visual direction, and innovation strategy of Rivals’ product lines

• Strong experience with Unity, with a portfolio of visually rich games or interactive experiences
• Demonstrable skill in asset implementation, UI layout, scene design, or world-building
• A keen eye for art direction, polish, and visual detail
• Experience creating games for touch screens, kiosks, or non-standard game hardware (preferred)
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, creative team

• Shader programming, 2D/3D animation, or VFX experience
• Experience designing games or visuals for physical installations or public spaces
• Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other interactive hardware
• Background in visual storytelling, themed attractions, or environmental design
