My client is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join them on a temporary basis for 4 - 6 months. This role will business partner with the operational teams as well as produce the monthly management accounts and associated commentary.

Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Lead forecasting for your business area
- Analyse performance and explain variances to budget, forecast and prior year
- Maintain strong financial controls and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with operational teams, providing clear financial guidance
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with strong management accounting experience
- Experience with in manufacturing and/or costing would be very useful
- Confident analysing data and presenting clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non‑finance colleagues
- Organised, detail‑driven and comfortable working to deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve
- Competitive daily rate up to £400 per day, depending on experience.
- A quick start - ideal start date is 23rd February
