- Qualified Hairdressers (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- Experienced in managing their own column (1+ year)
- Confident in colouring, cutting, and styling
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences
- Positive, motivated, and keen to develop their skills with access to FREE training
- Fully paid induction training plus FREE ongoing education in cutting, colouring, and styling at both the RUSH & L'Oréal academies
