As a Support Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to:

  • Assist residents in identifying and achieving their personal goals and ambitions.
  • Provide practical and emotional support in a nurturing and approachable manner, always emphasizing person-centred care.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, accommodating a weekly rota.
  • Participate in sleep-in shifts, providing crucial overnight support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to truly connect with our residents.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude that inspires those around you.
  • A dedication to providing exceptional care and support.
  • A willingness to pursue a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health and Social Care.
  • Basic IT knowledge and computer skills to enhance your effectiveness.
  • A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work.
