Position: Occupational Therapist (Permanent, Part Time)
Senior Occupational Therapist
Permanent: £53,603 – £61,533 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits
Locum: £40 per hour | Part-Time & Full-Time Available
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a specialist provision supporting children and young people aged 5–19 with autism and complex needs.

The Role
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will:
Conduct specialist assessments and deliver evidence-based OT interventions
Develop individualised therapy plans informed by clinical formulation
Support educational and residential colleagues to embed therapeutic approaches
Provide consultation, training and professional guidance
Contribute to creating therapeutic living and learning environments

You will be supporting young people with complex presentations including autism, developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and special educational needs. What We’re Looking For
You will:
Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
Have substantial experience supporting children and young people with complex needs
Be confident delivering therapeutic interventions independently
Have experience supporting teams around a child to ensure clinically informed practice
Be an effective communicator, trainer and role model
Be highly organised and proactive
Hold a full UK driving licence (travel may be required)
Senior-level experience, including team support or supervision, is highly desirable.
