** Your Role
** As a Senior Care Lead, you'll play a
** key leadership role**, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and team performance. You'll:
* Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver top-quality, person-centred care.
* Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in line with Avante’s
** Philosophy of Care
** and the Eden Alternative.
* Supervise and manage the home in the absence of senior management.
* Mentor and train staff, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and colleagues.###

** You’re a

* An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required).
