Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a friendly, motivated Patient Safety Improvement Facilitator to join our Patient Safety Team in Canterbury. You will help embed a culture of continuous learning and lead day-to-day work streams to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for business use; you will work with frontline staff, clinical and operational teams to drive safety improvements and learning across services.
