Hours:Full time – alternative weekends to be included

As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll bring energy, fun, and inspiration to residents’ lives through creative, personalised activities. From social events and cultural programmes to 1:1 support and outings, you’ll help residents stay active , engaged, and happy .

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating meaningful experiences that promote independence and wellbeing
Stimulating body and mind through planned and spontaneous activities
Supporting residents to remain active in the community
Collaborating with colleagues, families, and volunteers
Driving the Avante minibus for outings (if needed)
Coordinating group and 1:1 activities tailored to individual interests
Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

About You

Caring, compassionate , and motivating
Creative, energetic, and organised
Flexible and confident coordinating activities
Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellbeing activities (helpful but not essential)
Have a genuine passion for improving residents’lives
