The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important part in helping the people you support live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.

Depending on the service and individuals you're supporting, your responsibilities may include:

* Supporting individuals with their day-to-day routines

* Providing personal care where required

* Supporting independence and encouraging individual choice

* Assisting with meals and daily living activities

* Supporting individuals with social activities and community access

* Providing emotional reassurance and companionship

* Following individual care and support plans

* Accurately completing notes and documentation

* Reporting concerns or changes appropriately

* Working alongside permanent staff and other healthcare professionals

* Maintaining dignity, respect and confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

We're looking for Support Workers who are dependable, caring and confident when working within different care environments.

Ideally, you will have:

* Previous UK experience within health or social care

* A genuine passion for supporting others

* Good communication skills

* A professional and reliable approach

* Confidence working as part of a team

* The ability to adapt to different services and individuals

* An understanding of safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care

* Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts

An Enhanced DBS and relevant care training will be required as part of our compliance process
