The Role- Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, and absence management
- Lead Safer Recruitment compliance, ensuring robust processes and audit readiness
- Support managers with sensitive casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
- Maintain accurate HR systems and workforce data
- Contribute to HR reporting and organisational change projects
- Assist with policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (essential)
- Strong HR advisory experience and knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident handling of sensitive issues with discretion
- Experience in Safer Recruitment or willingness to develop expertise
- Background in charity, education, or the public sector is advantageous
Location:
Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum DOE

Full-time
