We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Rescourcer to join our growing team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills and experience.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement.
• Negotiate offers and provide guidance to both clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's recruitment database and CRM system.
• Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, proactive, and resilient approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Competent IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence (if required for the role).
