New Appointments Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its supportive HR team in Canterbury. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with hybrid working arrangements and a pro rata salary of £35,874 FTE.
You will deliver HR initiatives, provide professional HR advice, and support payroll and reporting for the organisation. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will lead allocated HR projects, develop HR policies, handle employee relations cases, and help drive process
