* Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
* Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency.

*** Process Management & Order Fulfillment:
Follows set routines for timely and accurate process completion, ensuring online orders are picked correctly and fresh food quality meets standards.
* Team Leadership & Supervision:
Leads the team ("swarm") to ensure correct work completion, provides on-the-job training and coaching, and steps up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
* Issue Resolution & Escalation:
Identifies and timely escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.
* Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy:
Champions a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing team wellbeing.
* Collaboration & Communication:
Actively participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
