Based at Hanscom House, Canterbury – Covering the South East region

£45,574 - £47,973 per year plus Company Car

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 16:30pm

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Regional Operations Manager to join our Property Services team based in Canterbury. The role will provide direct support to the Regional Operations Manager as part of the Planned team, covering the South East region.

• Supporting the senior management team with process improvements through the creation of an innovative environment for operational staf
• Monitoring progress of customer repairs and complaints to ensure optimum performanc
• Managing the recruitment, performance and development of quality employee
• Monitoring, managing and completing all customer works, through self-delivery teams, suppliers and subcontractor
• Supporting in the management of health and safety aspects of operations, ensuring business responsibilities are delivered in a safe manne
• Supporting senior management with regional issues and escalation process, ensuring effective and timely resolution is achieve
• Working closely with the Housing and Property Services teams to ensure continual improvement of business processes and procedure

• To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Construction or Management level and hold NEBOSH National Diploma - Construction or currently undertaking the qualification. If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application.
