The Role As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted Recruit, develop, and inspire your own staff team Create a warm, therapeutic, and child-centred environment Ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies Drive excellent outcomes for children and young people What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:
