Hours:
40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional site visits as required Salary:
Up to £50,000 Company Vehicle We're looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to manage a multi-site, multi-service portfolio across Kent and the South Coast in our Senior Living contract. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead from the front - developing teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service standards across a diverse operational environment. What you'll do:
Lead and develop multi-site teams, driving high performance, engagement, and retention Take full ownership of multiple P&Ls , budgets, and financial performance across your region Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Ensure all services meet regulatory, health & safety, and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency across multiple service lines Use data and insight (including Power BI) to identify growth opportunities and improve margins Oversee estates, maintenance, and third-party service providers
What we're looking for:
Proven senior management experience within FM, healthcare, catering, or multi-service operations Strong track record managing multi-site portfolios and complex service delivery Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capability Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insight into action Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working across a regional remit Full UK driving licence Why join us:
