An established domiciliary care provider is looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead one of its Kent services.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established service, ensuring outstanding care is delivered whilst growing the business through new care packages, strong community relationships and effective leadership. The Role

Lead the day-to-day operation of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to every client.
Grow the service by developing relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and private clients, increasing care hours and expanding the business.
Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team, creating a positive culture and delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain full CQC compliance through effective leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
