• Quickly identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues that arise.
• Maintaining a smooth workflow to minimise downtime and keep production on track.
• Collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
• Monitoring and ensuring all palletising robots are operating at peak efficiency.

• Pay Rate: £14 per hour, with overtime available at £17.50
• Flexible Shift Options:
  • 5 days on / 2 days off
  • 4 days on / 3 days off
  • Up to 12-hour shifts

• Strong problem‑solving skills to tackle challenges head‑on.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A basic technical or mechanical understanding (preferred but not essential).
• Reliability and a willingness to work flexible shifts to meet production needs.
