We are looking for Fruit Packhouse Operatives
£13.21 (days) - £13.71 (nights) per hour
3 site locations:
- Teynham, ME9 9PR
- Bridge, CT4 5HL
- Linton, ME17 4BA
12 hour shifts - Dayshift (start 6/7am) or Night shift (start 6/7pm)
3-4 shifts per week, including weekends
Immediate start - no experience needed
Mach Recruitment is recruiting for Fruit Packhouse Operatives to work in large fresh fruit packing and distribution sites in Kent, UK.
The Role:As a Fruit Packhouse Operative you will be working within a chilled packhouse environment, and your duties will be as follows:
- Sorting / packing fresh fruits as per required specification
- Basic quality checks and quality assurance of fresh fruits
- General packhouse duties
- Some lifting of fruit boxes
As a Fruit Packhouse Operative you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience not needed as training is given
- Able to work up to 12 hours per shift, in chilled environment
- Able to travel to/from preferred sites
- Flexible schedule (3-4 shifts a week, 12h each)
- Weekly pay (Fridays, in arrears)
- Training given
