A local volunteer organization is seeking Independent Visitors in the Canterbury area to offer befriending and mentoring support to young persons in care. Volunteers will engage in activities such as lunch and outings, fostering a positive relationship. A commitment of at least two years, with a minimum of two hours per month for visits, is required. Suitable candidates should have basic IT skills and a full driving license.
All expenses incurred during visits are reimbursed.
