We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Band 5 to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in delivering high-quality nursing care to our clients with complex health needs, supporting our mission to improve lives through specialized home care. • Supporting complex clinical needs of patients at home.
• Assess and monitor patients health conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Administer complex medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment for clients and team members.
• Lead and develop the skills of the company s Healthcare Assistants working with your patients.

• Be a qualified Registered Nurse in possession of an active NMC pin (ICU and complex care experience preferred).
• Proven experience in caring for patients with neurological or complex health conditions.
• Competent in tracheostomy care.
• Competent in the administration of complex medications.
• Have a clear and valid driver s licence.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of care planning and medication administration.
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
