Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to provide locum cover across a range of sessions spanning several weeks. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for regular sessional work within a supportive primary care environment.

Responsibilities

* Deliver routine Practice Nurse duties within primary care

* Conduct patient assessments and treatment clinics

* Provide chronic disease management and health promotion services as appropriate

* Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web

* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

* Previous UK General Practice experience

* EMIS Web experience preferred

* Strong communication and patient care skills
