A renowned animal welfare organization is seeking a Welfare Manager to oversee the welfare journey for dogs in their care. This role includes leading a team, providing veterinary care and behaviour modification, and ensuring the successful rehoming of dogs with complex needs. The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge in canine behaviour, experience in team management, and a passion for animal welfare.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Canterbury, with a competitive salary of £33,417 per year plus benefits.
