We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dedicated catering team at a well‑established school in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is passionate about producing fresh, nutritious meals for children and staff in a warm and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Chef de Partie, you will:

Support the Head Chef with preparing high‑quality meals for pupils and staff
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Assist with menu preparation, food production, and service
Help manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
Keep the kitchen clean, compliant, and running smoothly
Contribute to a positive, professional, and friendly team culture

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong background in catering
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
A positive attitude and passion for delivering great food
