We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead retail operations, inspire a high‑performing team, beat targets, and provide world‑class service.

• Support and motivate the in‑store team daily to achieve store targets, maximizing opportunities to surpass KPIs, and delivering exemplary customer service.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the team, and ensure back‑of‑house activities support the store’s commercial execution.
• Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training, and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential.

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
• Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to understand and translate Pandora’s local and global business strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
• Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and taking action when opportunities are found.
• Strong communication skills to coach a high‑performing team.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
