A busy main dealer in Canterbury is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join its service team.

This role offers a varied day‑to‑day, working across reception, administration, and parts, with clear bonus opportunities and structured hours.

• Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage bookings, enquiries, and service schedules
• Prepare and progress digital job cards using Service Docs
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and management teams
• Promote retention products and upsell vehicle health checks where appropriate
• Contribute to excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Motivated by targets and bonus opportunities
• Automotive experience is a plus but not essential; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are welcomed

• Basic salary £30,000-£31,000
• Bonus averaging £200–£500 per month for bookings, selling retention products, VHC upsells, and CSI scores.
• Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
• 1st Saturday of the month: 8:00am–2:00pm
