• Managing buyer enquiries and arranging property viewings
• Conducting accompanied viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting overall branch performance

• Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident negotiator with a proactive approach
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Target‑driven with a strong customer service focus
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Competitive basic salary with realistic OTE of £25,000 – £40,000 per annum
