Commercial Sales Consultant

About the Role

Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we don’t just say we value our people - we prove it every day. We're currently hiring a Commercial Sales Consultant with experience in Fire or Security systems to join our growing team in the West Yorkshire Region.

This is more than just a sales role. You'll be the face of Chubb for new and existing B2B clients, offering tailored fire detection, prevention, and electronic security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

• Competitive salary up to £45,000 based on experience
• Uncapped OTE – realistic earnings of £75,000+

• Driving sales across a defined territory of West Yorkshire
• Promoting the full range of Chubb’s fire safety and electronic security solutions
• Managing existing accounts while developing and driving new business opportunities
• Offering expert, consultative advice that puts customers’ safety and peace of mind first

• Proven track record in Sales, ideally in a technical environment
• Technical knowledge of fire safety systems, or a strong background in electronic security sales
• Experience in solution‑based sales
• Account management and new business development success
• Strong territory management and strategic sales planning skills
• Valid UK driving licence
