Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in our Canterburyoffice.

The salary package on offer is £30,00 OTE.

• Registering clients, booking and attending viewings and securingvaluations along with Financial Services referrals.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
• Negotiatingoffers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to clients.
• Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
• Havingdrive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
