Housing 21 is seeking a Local Housing Manager to deliver high-quality housing and support services within retirement living schemes. The role focuses on tenancy sustainment, resident wellbeing, safety and community engagement, with a view to enabling residents to live independently.
The post offers a fixed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday pattern with some flexibility. A strong reading/writing, numeracy and social housing background is required, with CIH level desired.
