Forward Trust is recruiting a Recovery Resettlement Practitioner (Housing Specialism) in East Kent to join our Recovery Housing Team. The role is 35 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £26,000 per annum.
You will deliver tailored housing and resettlement support to people in recovery, including those with complex needs or criminal justice involvement, helping them secure accommodation and sustain tenancies.
