Shifts:

5 days / nights per week, including weekends

HRGO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Chartham. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and the chance to secure a long-term position with a growing team.

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload fruit pallets
• Transporting stock safely across the warehouse and yard
• Supporting stock control and inventory processes
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required
• Always following all health & safety procedures

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (this is essential - applications without a valid licence cannot be considered)
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong awareness of workplace safety
• A dependable, team-focused attitude and willingness to support with manual handling when needed
• Own transport is preferred due to location
