12 months, with possibility of extension About the Role
We are looking for an experienced EI&C DeltaV Engineer to support CAPEX projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical / life sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Emerson DeltaV automation solutions for CAPEX projects.
- Configure control strategies, system interfaces, graphics, alarms, and process automation applications within Delta
V. - Prepare and maintain GxP-compliant engineering and validation documentation.
- Integrate DeltaV with process equipment, PLCs, utilities, MES, and other plant systems.
- Execute and document FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
- Troubleshoot automation, communication, and control system issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, change management, and validation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering, Operations, Quality, Validation, and Project teams.
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV engineering and configuration.
- Experience creating and maintaining GxP documentation within a regulated environment.
- Good understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
- Previous experience supporting CAPEX projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- German language skills are required.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
