Location: Mittelwallis
Aufgaben, die dich herausfordern und jeden Tag besser machen
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Cases, Incident- und Service-Requests im 1st-Level Bereich (Telefon, Mail, Ticket-System Service Now)
- Kompetente Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei IT-Anfragen sowie erste Analyse und Behebung ihrer Probleme
- Sicherstellung eines strukturieren Case Management sowie effizientes Handling von Incident- und Service Requests
- Enge teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- Aktive Pflege, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Service Desk bzw. IT-Support Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse - Verständnis für ITIL-nahe Prozesse (Case / Incident / Service Request)
- Begeisterung für den direkten Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Bis zu 9 Wochen Ferien möglich.
