As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting the security-related needs of a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to everyone you encounter.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, addressing issues as they arise on the premises.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, and/or incidents observed during patrols or while on duty.
• Assist in controlling access to the location, verifying identification as necessary, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the commercial real estate environment.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site contacts to support security-related operations and uphold client service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
