• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer instruction for children ages 2–8 during 30–45 minute sessions.
• Be on time to each session; manage a group of up to 12 children; record attendance; communicate progress with the leadership team.
• Foster a high-energy, positive environment and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Preferred: soccer experience; however, not required. Must be comfortable engaging young children and communicating at their level.
• Strong communication, reliability, and ability to commit to an 8–11 week season.

• Paid field training ($15.69).
• Flexible scheduling based on location and availability.
