Overview
Join to apply for the Accounts Receivable Administrator role at Place Services Inc. based out of our Corporate HQ in Canton, GA
.
This position produces and maintains PSI’s receivables by ensuring timely invoice creation, processing and collection, and by working with multiple people and/or divisions regarding different invoicing needs.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and distribute invoicing.
- Utilize multiple online platforms.
- Receive and enter invoices from other divisions.
- Collections:
Proactively pursue aging receivables; work with customers and internal team. - Manage company’s Underbilled levels. Promote Overbilling.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date in Acumatica and other platforms.
- Review jobs each month to ensure all available Change Orders are invoiced.
- Utilize various Excel forms to achieve timely and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare and turn in lien waivers and other closeout documents as per procedure.

- 2-4 years AR experience.
- Construction experience highly preferred.
- Experience with Acumatica is highly preferred.
- Ability to meet multiple strict deadlines.
- Ability to work with multiple people and differing levels of management.
- Heavy attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to become a Notary.
