We’re expanding nationwide and looking for a proven sales leader who can recruit, train, and lead door-to-door fiber sales teams across multiple U.S. markets.

You’ll travel with your team, open new territories, and represent top national fiber brands like AT&T, Brightspeed, Kinetic, and Metronet — helping homeowners and businesses upgrade to next‑gen fiber internet.

This is a lead-from-the-front role — ideal for high‑energy, hands‑on leaders who know how to drive production, build culture, and turn rookies into closers.

• $150,000–$220,000+ per year potential (commissions + team overrides + bonuses)
• Paid travel, housing, and gas for out-of-town campaign
• Weekly and monthly incentives for hitting team goals
• All tools provided (CRM access, lead data, sales materials, onboarding systems)
• Fast–track to Regional Director for proven leaders

• Recruit, train, and motivate high‑performing D2D reps (2–10 per market)
• Lead daily meetings, track metrics, and drive accountability
• Manage campaign rollouts in multiple states
• Handle field training, ride‑alongs, and coaching sessions
• Ensure reps follow compliance, professionalism, and process standards
• Work closely with corporate support on lead delivery and territory strategy

• 2+ years of experience managing a D2D or outside sales team
• Proven success recruiting and leading a team that produced results
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time (housing and travel covered)
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Familiar with sales tools like Sales Rabbit
• Integrity‑driven, coachable, and competitive
