We put our groomers first. Your comfort, safety, and happiness shape everything we do. You focus on creating beautiful grooms and premium client experiences — we handle the rest.

• 50% commission + 100% of tips — luxury service, luxury pay
• $250–$500+ per day with a consistently high-value clientele
• Flexible scheduling — full-time is three 12-hour shifts per week

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience
• Strong customer service skills — you know how to deliver a luxury client experience
• Clean driver’s license
• Ability to groom all breeds and sizes
• Cat grooming experience (bonus, not required)
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• A positive, polished, professional attitude
