    • What You’ll Do:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll do more than sell and service insurance:

  • Build lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Protect customers by identifying and meeting their insurance needs (auto, home, renters, life, and more)
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients are properly insured and understand their options
  • Help clients manage risk and navigate claims effectively
  • Gain valuable experience in all aspects of running a small business
    • What We’re Looking For:

    Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required; we can help you get licensed!)
  • Experience with servicing, quoting, and binding personal lines insurance is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail

    • Schedule: Monday to Friday
