• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2s and 3s.

• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children
• At least 1+ year of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility caring for toddler age group (required); 2 years preferred
• CPR and first aid certification
• Ability to meet any state/local childcare licensing requirement
• CDA Credential: current Child Development Associate credential from the Council for Professional Recognition
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• Technical Certificates/Diplomas:
  Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Other Credentials: 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college/university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
