Geotechnical Engineer

Oasis Consulting Services is currently hiring a Staff Geotechnical Engineer to support our Canton, Georgia office and Metro Atlanta region. Applicants will be responsible for project management, report preparation, and monitoring job sites. Position requires travel as-needed. Level and pay commensurate with experience.

• Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation and Subsurface Exploration
• Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services
• Project management
• Report preparation or review of reports
• Field work, including sampling events or site visits
• Growth potential for employee supervision and management
• Limited travel possible

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field;
  Master's degree a plus
• 2-4 years of professional experience related to engineering
• Preferred but not required: EIT or GIT certificate, 40-Hour HAZWOPER and 8-hour Refreshers
• Willingness to travel in order to complete field assignments
• Ability to work outdoors and in certain weather conditions
