Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.

- Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting
- Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress
- Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
- Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners
- Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number)
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
