Performs 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping, and cardiac Doppler echocardiography tests on the adult and geriatric patient population. Responsible for maintaining performance improvement documentation in cardiac and ultrasound in accordance with IAC.
REQUIRED
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CRCS), Sonography Canada
- Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support
