• Address various aspects of client performance to enhance their engagement in activities that impact their health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
• Select and adapt appropriate occupational therapy treatment models, methods, and approaches on a case-by-case basis to guide the intervention process effectively.
• Implement interventions that optimize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
• Recommend adaptive equipment when necessary and provide training in its usage.
• Offer guidance and education to family members and caregivers.
• Observe, document, and report on progress related to both short-term and long-term treatment goals.

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist certification
• Ability to interact with residents, staff, and family members in complex situations with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
