Pilgrim's is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line to cut, trim, package, inspect poultry according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards. You will operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
Shift options include 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:40am-5:45pm and 3rd shift Sun-Thu 10:25pm-7:30am with some weekend work. Base pay is $18.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift, plus benefits after 60 days.
