Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Special Procedures in Canton, Georgia. This is a travel position with a 13-week contract, offering a 10-hour day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. You will provide exceptional care to patients in radiology, primarily focusing on IV sedation and supporting various radiological procedures. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their procedures.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ICU, ER, or PACU, and experience in radiology nursing is highly preferred. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Please note that local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible. There are holiday work expectations, including two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
